**Android Tech Leads** with full working rights in Australia to be part of something amazing!
**What you’ll do?**:
- Work on, and lead, large scale enterprise projects
- Develop apps used by millions of consumers
- Contribute to projects for companies like UniSuper, ANZ, Coles and Qantas
- Work in an agile team who focus on software engineering best practices
- Support and mentor more junior members of our team
**What you’ll be familiar with?**:
- Estimating and architecting large scale enterprise projects
- Object-oriented & functional programming
- Architecture and design patterns such as MVVM and MVP
- Experience working in an agile workplace, reviewing code, and setting the teams’ way of working
- Java/Kotlin experience
- Writing unit tests and E2E tests(BDD, TDD)
- Experience in creating accessible apps (preferable)
**Nice to have**:
- Dependency Injection frameworks such as Dagger 2 or Hilt
- Accessibility frameworks like Android Screen Reader, Android Voiceover, Font size or similar
- Reactive programming (Flow)
- Declarative UI (Jetpack Compose)
