About the Role
* This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Results-Driven Account Manager and lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute account strategies to acquire and grow key clients in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and Natural Resources sectors.
* Build deep relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Identify customer needs and align our solutions to deliver business value.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and technical pre-sales to deliver tailored solutions.
* Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
* Track and report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
* 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record in customer acquisition.
* Deep understanding of the FSI and/or Natural Resources industries in Australia.
* Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and complex sales cycles.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
