**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to oversee and grow our Gold Coast foodservice portfolio. As a key member of our Artisan Division, you will manage a well-established customer base while identifying and onboarding new business opportunities to expand revenue and meet sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage an existing portfolio of foodservice customers within the Gold Coast territory
* Identify, pursue, and onboard new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships within the local foodservice network
* Promote and represent our artisan and specialty food brands with passion and expertise
* Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution
* Provide exceptional customer service and tailored product solutions
* Utilise commercial insights to drive growth in a competitive market
**Requirements**
* Sales experience — essential
* Foodservice experience — absolute must (former chefs highly preferred)
* Proven success managing the Gold Coast territory within the foodservice sector
* Existing relationships and a strong reputation within the Gold Coast foodservice network
* Tenacious, driven, and results-focused approach
* Strong commercial acumen and a desire to contribute to a growing business
* Excellent communication skills and outstanding relationship-building abilities
* Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Intermediate computer and word-processing skills
