As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Currumbin Waters
- Stable & Dedicated Team: Long term dedicated and caring educators with the majority of them having worked at the centre longer than 5 years and two for over 20 years
- Great Location: Located in a quiet street away from busy roads in a residential area of Currumbin Waters

You’ll need
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Blue Card
