We are seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead our project team in Perth. This role involves effectively managing internal and external engineering within a predominantly infrastructure project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and leading design activities, working with design consultants to establish and document the design solution, and providing leadership to the design team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Women and Babies Hospital project in Perth, Western Australia. The project will replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and expand services and choice for women, newborns, and families.

What We Are Looking For
* A minimum of 10-20 years' relevant experience with contracting or consultancy organisations in infrastructure, building, or energy sectors.
* 5+ years' experience in engineering or design management.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., BSc Eng or BArc).
* Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) – preferred.
* Previous experience in healthcare construction is essential.
