Job Description
Senior Business Analyst with experience delivering enterprise application solutions and driving business value. This role will partner with senior stakeholders to define business requirements, develop business cases, support solution design, and lead analysis activities across complex initiatives, with a strong focus on COTS applications and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for complex projects.
* Define real‐time and near‐real‐time integration requirements between enterprise systems.
* Develop business cases including cost‐benefit analysis, risk assessment, and strategic recommendations.
* Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
* Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
* Drive process improvement initiatives and support testing and user acceptance activities.
* Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to BA best practices and governance.
The Successful Applicant
Essential Experience
* 8+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise application environments.
* 5+ years leading large‐scale initiatives involving COTS applications.
* Strong experience with system integrations and business case development.Knowledge of PLM, ERP, MRP, and/or MRO systems.
* Proven stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.
* Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
Desirable
* CBAP, PMI‐PBA, Agile BA, or similar certification.
* Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
* Knowledge of integration technologies, data analysis, DevOps, and change management.
