Our client is a fast-growing, privately-owned WA civil contracting company that is seeking an experienced and driven SeniorProject Manager to help deliver major bulk earthworks and civil infrastructure projects in the Pilbara. About the Role

This Senior Project Manager position requires someone able to undertake a FIFO 2:1 roster ex-Perth, to WA's busy north west region in and around Karratha, the impressive industrial hub of the state. You'll be embedded in the field, where you will take full ownership of civil projects which will include large-scale bulk earthworks for mining and public sector clients such as Tailings Storage Facilities (TSFs), haul and access roads and drainage, mine pads, embankments, and land development.To be considered, you must have prior project management or senior project engineering experience delivering civil bulk earthworks projects in WA's Pilbara region.Familiarity with a remote operational environment, client expectations, site constraints, and regional delivery standards is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage site operations and project team performance from mobilisation to completion
* Lead commercial forecasting, scheduling, cost control and reporting
* Engage with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to ensure best-for-project outcomes
* Influence strategic decisions and improve project delivery models
What You'll Need
* Bachelor of Civil Engineering (*minimum requirement)
* ~10 years' experience in civil construction with bulk earthworks project experience in WA's Pilbara region as SPE or Project Manager
* Excellent commercial, contractual, and financial management skills
* Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder communication skills
* Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with a passion for quality delivery
* Demonstrated success delivering profitable $10m+ earthworks projects while working on FIFO basis in WA
