This is a maternity leave cover of 9 months, at which time you will be considered for other suitable rosters.
Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within the home and community;
Supporting customers to engage in community-based activities;
Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals;
Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.
What you'll need?
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
Passion for providing service and assistance and helping others live their best lives
Previous experience or willingness to train in manual handling and medication administration
Willingness to assist with personal care (showering, toileting) and domestic duties (meal preparation, housekeeping)
Ability to manage situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
A Valid drivers licence and a willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with Activ's motor vehicle allowance rebate).
