Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver quality teaching and learning programs that align with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and relevant curriculum policies.
* Support students through interaction in various settings and develop supportive learning environments and effective behavior management practices.
* Provide for the physical, social, cultural, and emotional well-being and safety of students while at school.
* Maintain accurate student records and samples of work, reporting on student performance to stakeholders as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
* Be registered with the Teacher Registration Board (TRB) of the Northern Territory and hold a current Working with Children Notice (Ochre Card).
* Have completed initial teacher education or have the ability to obtain both qualifications.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
