**Executive Assistant - Greenstock
- Permanent role with excellent growth potential
- Hybrid setting role, perfect for work life balance Critical role directly supporting the Managing Director of Greenstock

**What you'll do**

The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, Greenstock will be responsible for providing full diary management, proactive correspondence management, travel arrangements and coordination, proactively liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to manage priorities, expenses, meeting management and coordination and other ad hoc administrative support including some support for the MD's direct reports.
- Be responsible for proactive time management of the MD in a fast paced environment to ensure focus on key priorities, initiatives and coordination of the team, ensuring leadership, social and operational cadences are embedded in order to ultimately ensure the best and most effective delivery for the Greenstock business and team.
- Works closely and effectively with the MD to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place within Greenstock and the broader key Woolworths partnering teams
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the MD and the Greenstock SLT, broader team and other ecosystem teams; demonstrating care and leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
- Research, prioritise, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the MD, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response. Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters and other tasks that facilitate the MD's ability to effectively lead the Greenstock business unit

**What you'll bring**
- Strong work tenure: five to 10 years of experience supporting Senior Executives in a busy and matrixed work environment
- Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Technically savvy and proficient in Google Suite: managing shared files and documents, Google Meet/Calendar, Google Slides, Google Documents, Travel booking systems (FCM), Ariba, Expense 8 (or other expense systems), and diary management
- Expert level of written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/stakeholder service and response
