We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily running of the office, including managing mail, deliveries, supplies, room bookings, building services, and general housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate events and activities for the office, including client meetings, industry events, and social gatherings.
* Track office vehicle log book details, reconcile credit card statements, and manage invoices.
* Assist with office health and safety management, including visitor sign-in, office safety checks, and reporting within our system.
* Support project managers with drafting proposals and tenders, compiling documents, and formatting submissions.
* Assist with deliverables, including MS Word formatting, collation of information, scanning, and binding.
* Make travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and assist with expense claims.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with proven experience in administration and coordination.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and professional presentation.
