* Develop and coach staff members, promoting growth and maintaining training records.
* Identify and implement initiatives to boost productivity, streamline processes, and optimize fleet performance.
Requirements
* Proven leadership experience in Mine Control or similar roles within autonomous mining environments.
* Hands-on expertise with CAT MineStar Command and strong knowledge of autonomous haulage systems.
* Safety-focused mindset with relevant qualifications and certifications.
