About the Role: The Chief People Officer leads and manages the People, Culture, and Capability team to deliver services. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement workforce projects and initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives.

* Lead the development and implementation of the Strategic Workforce Plan and Workforce Action Plan to achieve organisation-wide results.
* Provide strategic advice to executive leaders and key stakeholders to advance organisation-wide initiatives.
* Sponsor, develop, and deliver initiatives that support business priorities.
* Drive improved organisational capability, performance, and continuous improvement through integrated PCC programs and services.
* Provide leadership to ensure staff have capabilities and motivation to effectively deliver on their accountabilities.
* Support and influence executive leaders in setting organisational direction to deliver on government and LAQ strategic priorities.
