Job Title: Key Partnership Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality moulds and mould parts from external suppliers on time.
* Monitor supplier performance regarding quality and delivery to drive continuous improvement.
* Manage claims from internal stakeholders and extract learnings for supplier development.
* Serve as facilitator for escalation meetings during manufacturing, engaging relevant stakeholders.
* Act as primary point of contact between suppliers and stakeholders for claims, design changes, and inquiries.
* Manage supplier dispensation requests and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define acceptable tolerances.
* Lead on-site supplier assessments to identify critical gaps and develop actionable plans for process enhancements.
* Facilitate supplier quality assurance activities, including PFMEA, MSA, capability studies, and other relevant evaluations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 8 years' experience in the tooling industry.
* Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to drive process improvements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality moulds and mould parts.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
