Conveyancing Support Professional
Our Conveyancing Practice seeks a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Conveyancing Paralegals. This is a remote opportunity ideally based in the Cairns/Townsville region.
* Opening and closing files with precision.
* Responding to phone and email enquiries from clients, real estate agents and solicitors.
* Preparing correspondence and documents with attention to detail.
* Ordering searches as required.
* Booking settlements with all parties including banks.
* Maintaining electronic file records.
For success in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 3 years experience as a conveyancing assistant or property secretarial experience in a law firm.
* A professional telephone manner.
* Fast and accurate typing skills.
* Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude and proactive approach to your work.
* Proven ability to think critically and anticipate the needs of the role and the team.
