Airbnb Operations Manager & Cleaner
We're a growing short-term rental business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Airbnb Operations Manager & Cleaner to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in high standards, enjoys managing people, and wants to grow alongside a fast-moving business.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position combining property operations, cleaning, and team coordination to ensure our Airbnb properties consistently meet (and exceed) guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day Airbnb operations across multiple properties
* Personally complete and/or supervise high-quality cleaning and staging
* Manage and coordinate cleaning teams and schedules
* Conduct quality checks to ensure properties meet company standards
* Ensure properties are guest-ready on time, every time
* Communicate issues proactively and take ownership of solutions
* Organise maintenance when required
* Liaise with guests when required
* Manage linen and stock
What We're Looking For

* Previous Airbnb, hospitality, or cleaning experience is highly regarded
