Support Technician - ICT Services

This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 1/2 Support Technician to contribute to the success of our business by providing first-class technical support, managing and developing our ICT services and solutions. Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
The role involves providing remote and on-site IT support to our managed services clients, using a range of tools including RMM & PSA/CRM ticketing system as well as other 3rd-party tools and applications. You will be responsible for configuring, deploying and supporting IT equipment, providing Level 1/2 administration of Cloud services and liaising and escalating faults with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide remote and on-site IT support to managed services clients
* Configure, deploy and support IT equipment
* Administer Cloud services
* Liaise and escalate faults with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting IT networks and cloud services
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server ****+, MacOS, Cybersecurity applications, Cloud backup solutions
* In-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive and Teams
