We’re seeking a Communications Officer to support a high-impact People and Culture transformation program within a complex, fast-paced organisation. About the Role Reporting to the Communications Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering internal communications to support a major transformation initiative focused on people, culture, and organisational change. You’ll help bring the change journey to life – crafting clear, engaging messages, managing stakeholders, and supporting the coordination and delivery of communication activities across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Support the Communications Lead with the execution of a comprehensive internal communications strategy Draft and edit clear, consistent communications across channels – including intranet articles, emails, FAQs, presentations and toolkits Coordinate internal engagement activities and events aligned to key project milestones Manage communications calendars, reporting, and stakeholder briefings Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather insights, identify communications needs and support alignment of messaging Monitor communications effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement About You You’ll be a strong writer and organiser, with a collaborative mindset and a keen interest in organisational change. You thrive in environments where people are navigating complexity, and you know how to craft messages that inform, reassure and inspire.
