Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Cairns, QLD. The Administrative Assistant will manage a range of clerical and administrative tasks, provide support to executives, handle correspondence, maintain records, and ensure effective communication within the organization. The role also requires managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and responding to inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications
* Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including attention to detail and organizational capabilities
* Proficient in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
* Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and knowledge of clerical processes
* Effective verbal and written Communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders
* Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* Familiarity with educational or non-profit environments is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is advantageous
