Responsibilities
- Deliver Great Service, Always to customers.
- Assist customers with purchases and inquiries at the point of sale.
- Offer support in life at home solutions to help customers find the best outcomes.
- Replenish stock and maintain a well-presented store environment.
- Handle cash and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and make quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and timely, accurate service.
- Work with flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Motivated with a great eye for detail; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems is desirable.
- Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
- Interest in visual merchandising.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude.
