* Full-Time | Fixed-Term (Maternity Leave Cover) until 18/06/2027.
* PW5 $77,731 - $83,623 per annum pro rata + 12% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience).

Brand, Marketing and Communications is a centralised, expert-led team that strengthens Holmesglen's position as a leader in vocational education and training nationally and internationally. The team builds the Holmesglen brand, drives student enrolments, supports retention, and delivers consistent, engaging communications across diverse audiences through collaboration across digital engagement, communications, events, and design.
Marketing Coordinator Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns across faculties, working closely with faculty leaders and the central marketing team. This hands‐on role involves coordinating campaigns, managing advertising activity, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll help bring marketing initiatives to life, support student engagement, and contribute to impactful, results‐driven marketing activity.
Responsibilities
* Support the development and delivery of strategic marketing plans across faculties and internal clients, in collaboration with the Brand and Marketing team.
* Coordinate end‐to‐end campaign implementation across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
* Bring campaigns, events, and course marketing to life to boost brand visibility and student engagement.
* Work closely with faculty and admissions teams to support enquiry‐to‐application conversion through targeted marketing activity.
* Monitor, report, and evaluate campaign performance, contributing insights to improve future marketing outcomes and impact.
Qualifications
* Experience in the vocational or TAFE sector, with a strong background in marketing campaigns, events, and communications.
* Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate marketing campaigns, using insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
* Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage competing priorities in deadline‐driven environments.
* Confident use of digital tools and marketing systems (such as CRM platforms and advertising channels), with a strong understanding of how digital solutions enhance outcomes.
* A proactive, adaptable, and outcome‐focused approach, supported by tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.
* WWCC and Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Victorian 'employee' Working with Children Check, and a valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
