The Role
As Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based interventions and comprehensive assessments for individuals aged 25-65 years. You will work autonomously and collaboratively with other clinicians to plan and develop services for individuals with mental health issues and their families.
* You will conduct brief and ongoing interventions, and develop individual care plans.
* Participate in clinical review and quality assurance processes.
* Attend business and professional development meetings, and contribute to community partnerships with key external stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Key Requirements
* General registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist (with mental health accreditation), or AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
* Knowledge and experience in clinical mental health assessment and evidence-based interventions.
* Proven judgment and evaluation skills demonstrating understanding of assessment and care planning.
* Demonstrated computer skills and ability to maintain clinical records.
* Understanding of duty of care, privacy, and confidentiality.
