Reporting into the Head of Customer Analytics, the Manager, Advanced Analytics will lead a high-performing team of 3 focused on the design, measurement, and optimisation of Velocity's loyalty ecosystem. You'll play a central role in ensuring that travel, redemption, and status propositions are supported by deep analytics and meaningful member insights.
In addition, you will:
* Deliver analytics to support the evolution of loyalty travel products – across data, eligibility, and member experience dimensions.
* Lead analysis of redemption behaviour, breakage, and margin to optimise product design and commercial outcomes.
* Partner with Loyalty Product teams to define and develop Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models and applications.
* Develop member journey insights and performance frameworks to improve the effectiveness of loyalty and status programs.
* Manage a multidisciplinary analytics team focused on commercial modelling, customer insights, and loyalty performance.
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform product decisions and program evolution.
You'll be great in this role if you:
* Have 8–10 years of experience in analytics, loyalty, or travel-related domains with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle dynamics.
* Bring 3+ years leading analytics teams, with experience in loyalty program analytics or commercial travel data.
* Understand how loyalty products and the travel journey fit together – across data, systems, eligibility, and member experience.
* Have experience in breakage and redemption analytics, loyalty profitability modelling, and CLV approaches.
* May have experience in financial reporting or cost analysis – particularly in modelling program liability, margin, or breakage.
* Are able to bring both commercial rigour and member-centric thinking to loyalty product development and analytics.
* Success in coaching and developing analytical talent and contributing in cross-functional teams
