Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee contract lifecycles to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Liaise with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth contract lifecycle operations.
- Support day-to-day contract management activities and ensure compliance with terms and timelines.
- Review, analyse, and interpret contractual agreements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contractual agreements.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in contractual agreements.
- Ensure alignment with organisational policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare reports on contract performance and status updates for management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Contract Management Resource should have:
- Experience in IT asset and contract management (financial services experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements in contract management.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools or procurement platforms.
- Strong communication skills for internal and vendor engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Sydney.
- Attention to detail for compliance, dates, and contract terms.
- FNMS experience is a nice-to-have.
