Our client is a digital marketing agency specialising in Meta advertising for fitness, coaching, and e-commerce brands. They focus on data-driven strategy, performance-based growth, and delivering meaningful results for clients across Australia.
They are now looking to hire a Meta Ads Specialist who will build, optimise, and analyse Meta ad campaigns across lead generation and e-commerce accounts, ensuring strong performance, accurate tracking, and timely reporting.
Job/Role Responsibilities
- Build and manage Meta ad campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce clients.
- Conduct daily optimisation, monitor performance trends, and implement improvements.
- Update ad creatives as needed (content supplied).
- Analyse campaign data and identify scaling opportunities, performance gaps, and key insights.
- Stay updated on Meta platform changes and best practices.
- Prepare fortnightly and monthly performance reports.
Optional
- Update content in Canva using existing client templates.
- Schedule social media posts (copy & content provided).
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Intermediate–Advanced).
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics: CPL, CPP, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.
- Familiarity with Meta Tracking Tools (Pixel, Events Manager, Aggregated Event Measurement).
- Ability to interpret and explain complex data clearly and simply.
- Confident recommending improvements or pushing back when needed.
- Highly proactive, solutions‑focused, and results‑driven.
- Experience using Go High Level and Canva is ideal but not essential.
