An exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead the development of a Cancer Survivoship Model of Care tailored to the specific consumer needs of the South Gippsland community.
About You
AHPRA registered with approved post graduate nursing qualifications in Oncology/Management or other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the organisation and a minimum of 3 years experience in oncoloy. Existing experience and/or comprehensive understanding of working with Cancer survivorship models of care is highly desirable
To succeed in this position you will possess the following:
1. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers and multidisciplinary health care teams
2. Demonstrated evidence in the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of advanced evidenced based nursing care.
3. Demonstrated ability to apply expert knowledge in the development of care pathways
4. Demonstrated experience in delivering to tight timeframes and juggling multiple priorities.
5. Experience and or a comprehensive understanding of project management, change management and stakeholder consultation
6. Current Police Check, Working with Children Check and National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Screening Check.
7. Current Victorian Divers Licence.
