Role Description

This role requires you to drive your team to deliver outstanding resourcing solutions to a range of clients and candidates.

* Deliver excellent business interconnections to provide solutions to existing clients and new businesses.

You will have the loyalty and respect of candidates and clients as well as excellent communication, resource (and time) management, self-management (including resilience), problem-solving and decision-making skills.


Principle Accountabilities:

1. Plan and direct the delivery team to achieve agreed targets and standards for performance, quality, culture and legislative compliance.
2. Provide innovative and unique solutions to recruiting in a highly competitive oil and gas industry.
3. Deliver a range of contract recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to key global, regional and new business clients.
4. Lead by example displaying a hard work ethic and understanding of many aspects of the business.
5. Recruitment activities include working on active requirements involving the search and selection of suitable candidates, liaison with clients and negotiation of rates and salaries.
6. Deliver global, regional and new business recruitment plans to drive recruitment forward and create new opportunities in a challenging market.
7. Manage the direct performance of each member of the delivery team through an agreed performance management scheme.
8. Mentor and coach new members of the team.
9. Collate reports to give up-to-date assessment of recruitment activity and pipeline to the Regional & Country Manager.
10. Manage development programmes and perform regular appraisals.
11. Analyse performance to improve and streamline processes to increase return on investment.
12. Align with KPIs to determine overall success and effectiveness. Set and review KPIs of individual/team and ensure targets are met.
13. Drive contractor retention initiatives.
14. Recruit, select and develop delivery team members.
15. Help increase client penetration to maximize revenue potential.
16. Work closely with the Diversification Manager to help achieve the company's diversification strategy.
17. Ensure Bullhorn is up to date for all recruitment teams including statistics & figures.
18. Ensure every placement has 2 reference names against every placement – bonus will not be paid without.
19. Lead and delegate for all bid CV collation.
20. Daily/Weekly discussions with counterpart Lead/Principal Consultants.
21. Liaising with Country Directors/Business Development Directors for Monthly Forecast/Pipeline.
22. Responsible for data requested by central HQ.

* Experience in planning and directing delivery teams to achieve performance targets.
* Ability to provide innovative solutions in a competitive recruiting environment.
* Experience in delivering tailored recruitment offerings to clients.
* Strong work ethic and understanding of business operations.
* Skills in recruitment activities including candidate search, client liaison, and negotiation.
* Experience in developing recruitment plans in challenging markets.
* Ability to manage team performance through performance management schemes.
* Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
* Ability to collate reports on recruitment activity.
* Experience in managing development programmes and appraisals.
* Skills in performance analysis and process improvement.
* Ability to align with KPIs and ensure targets are met.
* Experience in contractor retention initiatives.
* Ability to recruit and develop team members.
* Skills in increasing client penetration for revenue maximization.
* Experience in working with diversification strategies.
* Proficiency in using Bullhorn and maintaining recruitment statistics.
* Experience in reference checking for placements.
* Ability to lead and delegate in bid processes.
* Experience in discussions with consultants and directors.
* Ability to manage data requests from HQ.
