We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Web Development Executive to join our growing team.
This is a mid-level role, perfect for someone who's confident managing digital campaigns and making website updates, but also hungry to keep learning and building their skills.You'll sit at the heart of our client campaigns — running ads, tracking results, optimising performance, and rolling up your sleeves on web projects when needed.
And you'll do it all in a supportive team environment where balance and culture actually matter.
What you'll be doing Manage SEM, SEO, and digital campaigns across Google Ads, You Tube, Stack Adapt, and more.
Monitor performance, set up tracking (Analytics, GTM, Google Ads), and report on results with insights that matter.
Create and update website content with Word Press (Elementor, WPBakery) and other CMS platforms.
Configure templates, layouts, plugins, domains, DNS settings — the nuts and bolts that keep projects moving.
Write clear, engaging content that supports SEO and digital strategy.
Stay curious — explore new platforms, tools, and ways to help clients grow.What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in digital media management (SEM, SEO, campaign optimisation) or 2 years' experience in front-end web development.
Solid front-end skills: HTML, CSS, and a working knowledge of Java Script.
Hands-on experience with Google's marketing tools (Google Ads, Tag Manager, Analytics, Search Console).
Familiarity with Word Press builders (Elementor, WPBakery) and adaptable across other CMS platforms.
A data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail, able to interpret campaign performance into actionable insights.
