About the role

The Water Use Investigations Team is responsible for investigating and resolving complex water use enquiries whilst seeking a fair and balanced outcome that fits within Corporation Standards. They continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and customer education regarding responsible water usage.

What you can expect with this role

- Providing customer support and education on leaks, guiding customers through the leak journey
- Applying knowledge of the leak allowance process and eligibility criteria
- Investigating and resolving meter misreads, estimates, and projection account rectifications
- Using Grange to manage property water use, meter reading and billing, financial details, and event history
- Working across multiple applications and screens to complete tasks efficiently
- Flexing your problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues
- Increasing your skills and knowledge across a proactive stream of work
- Being part of a dynamic team and building recent networks

Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for great talent with:

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills across a range of mediums
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated skills in Grange
- Well-developed organisational and planning skills to achieve work targets
- You live and breathe our values and behaviours, contributing to an empowered, collaborative, and engaged team culture
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and digital tools
