Our client is a global spirits company that create and distribute a world class portfolio of brands. Due to exponential growth our client is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated sales representative from the liquor industry to join their QLD team based in the Sunshine Coast.
Reporting through to the Regional Manager you'll be responsible for managing a geographical territory of customers which will include both the on and off premise channels.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Build strong mutually beneficial business relationships
- Pursue sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets
- Present, promote & sell products to all customers
- Establish sales plans to meet KPI targets
- Track sales/status reports in CRM
- Ensure promotions/activations are inline with company plan/catalogs
- Customer; Marketing, NPD, Contract negotiations
**Ideal Experience**:
- Energetic, enthusiastic with a positive go getter attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality
- Proven ability to build professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Passion for the premium spirit/category knowledge
- CRM experience desirable
- Relevant qualification desirable (business, commerce or marketing)
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to follow a call cycle and work autonomously
- Execute trade marketing strategies
