Responsibilities
As a Workday HCM Functional Consultant, you should expect to play a role in the deployment of Workday HCM Modules for Workday implementation effort and have the following responsibilities:
1. Work with functional leads to conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements.
2. Provide support in helping clients making key business process decisions.
3. Help clients configure industry standards within the Workday HCM solution and provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.
4. Design and implement requirements in the Workday HCM solution.
5. Demonstrate configurations through prototyping.
6. Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
7. Provide the Project Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.
8. Work with clients to share our Accenture and Workday best practices
9. Participate in Workday certification and update training and other events that help share one's product skills with other consultants.
Your skills and Qualifications:
10. 3-4+ years prior HCM consulting experience
11. Successfullypleted at least 1-2 end-to-end HCM implementations
12. Experience in multiple HCM functional areas, including experience in defining how multiple HCM modules work together.
13. Superiormunication skills, both written and verbal
14. Existing and current Workday HCM Core Certification preferred
15. Workday Recruiting orpensation certification or experience preferred
Additional preferred attributes:
16. Ability and willingness to travel within COVID guidelines
17. Implementing Workday HCM with a certified Workday implementation partner
18. Experience with pre-sale and sales activities
19. Multiple Workday certifications
20. 2-5 years' experience in Workday implementations (either as a customer or an implementation partner)
