Hutt St Centre's vision is an end to homelessness. Our mission is to advocate with and empower people at risk of or experiencing homelessness, supporting them to rebuild their lives on their journey to Homefulness.
We're now looking for a strategic and values-led General Manager, Corporate Services & Finance to join our Executive Leadership team, who works hard to do their part in ending homelessness in South Australia.
This role is critical in ensuring our organisation has the strong foundations it needs to deliver high-impact services. You'll lead all corporate services functions, including finance, ICT, risk and compliance, facilities, logistics and reporting, ensuring our systems are agile, effective, and support sustainable growth.
Reporting to the CEO and an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll help shape the direction of the organisation, support high-performing teams and drive improvements across operations. What you'll be doing:
Leading all aspects of finance, risk, ICT, governance, property and compliance
Managing organisational budgets, resourcing, contracts and reporting
Supporting leaders and staff with quality systems, tools, and processes
Identifying opportunities for innovation, funding and continuous improvement

About you:
You're an experienced senior leader who brings strong financial acumen and commercial awareness. You're just as comfortable with high-level strategy as you are with the day-to-day realities of managing people, systems and projects.
You'll bring:
CPA or CA qualification and tertiary studies in Finance, Commerce or similar
Experience leading corporate services in a values-driven organisation
Knowledge of ICT, systems integration, data governance and cyber security
A collaborative and people-focused leadership style
The ability to influence, drive change, and balance strategy with practical delivery
