Job Summary
As a Rates Officer, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering an effective and efficient rates system to residents and property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process account enquiries and change of ownership on a daily basis
* Process direct debit payments and follow up outstanding debts in compliance with our debt collection process
* Collaborate with the Valuer General's office regarding property valuations
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking individuals with excellent customer service skills and experience, as well as strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to convey complex valuation information to a diverse range of customers.

* Good computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite
* Demonstrated finance-related experience
What We Offer:
* Gross salary of $74,999 per annum
* 11.5% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
