About the Role
This is not a traditional call center management role. We are seeking a visionary Strategic Innovation & Sales Manager who will reimagine how our front-end sales engine operates - blending human-centered leadership with the power of AI, automation, and data intelligence to drive measurable growth across our inbound social media funnel.
In this high-impact role, you will:
* Lead the strategy for AI-driven sales innovation, process automation, and operational excellence
* Design and optimise the inbound social media sales journey, from lead capture to conversion
* Build credibility and trust within the team, influencing culture, engagement, and performance
* Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities, optimise conversions, and drive measurable business impact
* Partner with senior leadership to shape long-term strategic initiatives and business growth
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within financial services, property, or high-ticket B2C environments
* 5+ years in a call center environment in a senior leadership role
* Proven track record managing inbound sales funnels, particularly from digital or social media lead sources
* A strategic mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and growth initiatives
* Deep curiosity and understanding of AI and automation tools to drive sales transformation
* Exceptional influencing skills, capable of inspiring teams and stakeholders at all levels
* Strong commercial acumen, clear and compelling communication, and a track record of delivering measurable results
* Passion for building enduring, high-performing teams
