Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic procurement and contract management, with oversight of property and leases, fleet and facilities management. This role suits a procurement leader who can balance service delivery with strong governance, compliance and commercial outcomes across multiple portfolios. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will ensure the efficient acquisition and ongoing management of goods, services, assets and vehicles while maintaining sound financial, legal and operational standards. Key responsibilities Lead strategic and operational procurement activities, including sourcing and procurement governance Manage suppliers and contracts end-to-end (negotiation, performance, renewals and compliance) Provide financial oversight across the portfolios, including budgeting, reporting and cost control Oversee property and lease management, including landlord and contractor relationships Manage facilities services and contractors to support safe and effective workplaces Provide oversight of fleet management operations and related supplier performance Partner with internal teams to deliver practical, compliant operational outcomes Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience leading procurement and supply chain operations, with strong contract negotiation capability Experience overseeing fleet operations and vendor management Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative leadership style Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Property, Facilities, Finance, or a related discipline 5 years’ experience across procurement and related operational portfolios (property, fleet, facilities), including contract negotiation Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
