Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

* This is a highly structured sales role with clear objectives, growth targets, and accountability.
* The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a defined portfolio of key hospitality accounts, driving revenue growth through new product introductions, upselling, new business acquisition, and deeper engagement.
* The role involves building strong relationships within existing accounts by identifying fresh contacts and referral pathways.
* From month 4, the Business Development Manager will commence new business development to expand market share, with a clear pipeline plan and conversion focus.
* The role requires a disciplined approach: conducting thorough discovery meetings and following up with tailored proposals.
* The Business Development Manager will provide regular updates on activity, outcomes, and next steps to ensure accountability and momentum.

* Strong relationships across both Food & Beverage and Housekeeping decision-makers.
* Growth delivered through a balance of account management, upselling, and new client acquisition.
* Discipline in daily activity, proposals, and follow-up, creating measurable sales momentum.
