Key Responsibilities:

* From month 4, the Business Development Manager will commence new business development to expand market share, with a clear pipeline plan and conversion focus.
* The role requires a disciplined approach: conducting thorough discovery meetings and following up with tailored proposals.
* The Business Development Manager will provide regular updates on activity, outcomes, and next steps to ensure accountability and momentum.
