An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a purpose-driven organisation and lead the delivery of strategic workforce initiatives across a diverse and dynamic workforce. Reporting to the Group Manager Business Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring workforce sustainability through the development and implementation of workforce strategies, people initiatives, compliance frameworks, and organisational development programs. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will partner closely with leaders across the organisation to drive workforce performance, engagement, capability development, and employee relations outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the organisation's Workforce Plan
* Provide expert advice on HR, Industrial Relations, employee relations, and workplace compliance matters
* Coach and support leaders in people management, performance management, and workplace safety obligations
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compliance, workforce planning, and offboarding processes
* Drive employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and learning initiatives
* Develop and maintain HR, IR and OHS policies, procedures, and frameworks
* Experience within the public sector, not-for-profit, or volunteer-based environments – highly regarded
