About the Role
Fast-growing international Freight Forwarder is seeking a seasoned Import Air Freight Operator to handle day-to-day airfreight operations at our Tullamarine location.
You will report to the Airfreight Manager in Brisbane and enjoy ongoing support from a dedicated team.
Salary:$75,000 – $100,000 p/a + Super.No WFH
Responsibilities:
liaise with customers and take airfreight bookings
shipment registration in CW1
liaise with airlines and overseas partners
provide quotations / spot rates to customers
arrange freight collection from airlines
ensure cargo is customs cleared
issue customer invoice
assist with export airfreight and import sea operations
Qualifications:
3+ years local experience in Import Air Operations
Experience with Cargowise1
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills to handle a range of customers and providers
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
Time-management skills
