**About our client...**
Our client is a long-standing, well-regarded law practice that prides itself on its client service. They now have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Client Services Coordinator to uphold and continue their tradition of providing exceptional client services.
**About the role...**
Based in the south-eastern suburbs, the Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all new client enquiries, new clients reporting and general client services.
Primary responsibilities in this role will include:
- book appoints with lawyers
- provide resolutions at the first instance (where possible)
- ensure a tailored service for each individual/client
- enter, update and maintain client data
- prepare reports and new client packs
To be successful in this role a Certificate or Diploma in Marketing and experience within a professional services environment (particularly legal) is preferred but not compulsory. Most importantly, you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proactive approach to work
- ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail
- intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
