Responsibilities
* Managing daily restaurant operations
* Recruiting, training and supervising staff
* Managing budgets, stock control and supplier relationships
* Ensuring high standards of customer service
* Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints
* Ensuring compliance with food safety, liquor licensing and WHS laws
* Monitoring financial performance and implementing improvement strategies
Qualifications & experience
* Associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1-2 years\' of full time experience in restaurant management
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Financial management and budgeting experience
