The Opportunity: Customer-Led Design
You will be part of a core team of delivery specialists creating seamless digital experiences. Your primary mission is to ensure the customer voice is represented in solving complex business problems and strategic initiatives.
- Impactful Creation: Deliver key design assets including Wireframes, Interactive Prototypes, and High-Fidelity Designs used by development squads and senior stakeholders.
- Customer Advocacy: Champion a "customer-led" approach across the business, collaborating with CX, Product Owners, and delivery teams to align outcomes.
- Visual Strategy: Create and maintain the consistent visual identity and experience across all digital products and online journeys (web, mobile, tablet).
- Research & Validation: Monitor customer platforms, conduct user research (qualitative/quantitative), and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a UI/UX design role designing across digital platforms (responsive web, online services, and/or mobile apps).
- Tools Mastery: High proficiency in Figma (for wireframing, mock-ups, and prototyping) along with supporting tools like Adobe CS Suite and Miro.
- Design Systems: Practical experience working with Design Systems and component libraries.
- Research Focus: Proven experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys) to validate designs and concepts.
- Technical Acumen: High-level knowledge of front-end development frameworks (essential for team-oriented hand-off).
- Portfolio: An excellent portfolio showcasing your design thinking, process sketches, user flows, and final mockups for multiple form factors.
- Soft Skills: Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate and justify solutions and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
