The Retail Channels Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing sales strategies to achieve a strong market position. This role aims to attract new customers, establish the brand, and build a successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the retail business strategy and branch network.
* Prospect and generate leads to identify potential clients and convert them into customers.
* Lead business development at the branch to increase customer relationships, loan portfolio, and deposit portfolio.
* Promote teamwork and a healthy work environment among branch team members and customers.
* Deliver exceptional customer experience, fostering long-term relationships.
* Support digital transformation by encouraging transaction migration and customer adoption.
* Maintain a strong bank relationship through effective communication and professional presentation.
* Ensure compliance with service standards and franchise model at the branch.
* Oversee direct reports' leadership, development, and performance management.
* Represent the financial institution in the community through good customer relations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required, MBA or related field preferred.
* Proven sales and business development experience in banking or financial services.
* At least four years of management/supervisory experience.
* Fully bilingual - English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
* Proficiency in MS Office and relevant reporting systems.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
