The Role
* Managing a residential property portfolio end-to-end
* Training & mentoring your dedicated property officer
* Full support with routines
* Monday - Friday Only - no weekends... ever!
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Pure relationship management
* Managing rental arrears and ensuring legislative compliance
* Delivering a high level of customer service
The Person
* Previous experience in property management
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
* Comfortable working within a structured, process-driven environment
