The Role You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process including but not limited to: Telephone screening of potential applicants Working closely with fellow consultants and Account Managers Completion of candidate registration including interviewing and reference checking Filling of job orders Candidate Care Database Management Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates On-call and after-hours responsibilities on a roster system Adhoc duties Administration duties About You Maturity to make decisions on-the-fly Experience using Job adder, or salesforce preferably A high level of attention to detail and a genuine passion to deliver exceptional customer service Gets along with others and works well in a small team Has enthusiasm, a dynamic personality, and has a high desire to achieve Has excellent presentation Clear communication skills Good sense of humour and ability to work in a lively environment What We Offer A relaxed and friendly working environment Modern office and working conditions An excellent management team Competitive salary Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
