We're building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.**Your new role**A day in the life of an Insurance Specialist may look a bit like this:* Sell QBE products and services by delivering excellent customer service and fostering great relationships with customers via inbound calls.* Deliver exceptional help to our customers and partners by managing inbound queries, on average 30-50 calls per day.* Learn about our insurance portfolios and various partnerships to build strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.* Assist in the growth and retention of business by providing timely and effective solutions that adhere to QBE guidelines.**About you**To be successful in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced customer facing environment, where you will be learning and developing from day 1. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role will be an advantage.
