About the role
We are seeking Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners to provide private parenting and/or property dispute resolution. You will undertake the intake assessments, deliver the mediation session, and issue a Section 60I certificate when applicable. You will need to maintain appropriate files, records, data collection and other material as per the Family Law (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners) Regulations 2025, Privacy Act 1988, and any other applicable law. We manage bookings and invoices, allowing you to be solely focused on the clients.

* Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* National Police Check
* Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Australian Business Number

* Microsoft 365 systems including Outlook with a business email address, Teams for remote mediation, and Word for drafting documents.
* Precedent templates including a Letter of engagement, Mediation Agreement, intake template, and parenting plan.
* General assistance and support, including outside of normal business hours when required.
* Technical support from an IT specialist during business hours.
