The role
You will provide clinical oversight and guidance to frontline teams, ensuring person-centred and strengths-based care for participants with high and complex support needs. Key responsibilities include managing incident reports, delivering tailored clinical training, and offering after-hours clinical phone support.
Your collaborative approach will strengthen team cohesion and uphold the highest standards of clinical care, aligned with current legislative and organisational frameworks. Frequent engagement with stakeholders and some local travel may be required to deliver holistic and responsive support.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Mental Health Nursing with AHPRA.
* Experience in community nursing and competency-based clinical training.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* Current driver's license and clearance checks (Police, Working with Children, NDIS screening).
* Ability to participate in out-of-hours clinical on-call roster.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
