Role
Senior Systems Analysts are responsible for translating business needs into requirements and specifications for development of management information reporting solutions. It includes designing, analysing and documenting requirements to meet business expectations. They are responsible for writing functional specifications from the business requirements.
Your Duties Will Include
o Performing detailed analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements.
o Designing and implementing solutions to meet business needs.
o Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
o Conducting testing activities, including planning, execution, and defect management.
o Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely project implementation.
o Preparing reports and technical documentation for executive-level review.
Skills And Experience We Are Looking For
o Proficiency in feasibility assessment and business case preparation.
o Senior Systems Analyst professionals analyse data sets with a variety of tools to research and solve organisational issues and identify trends and insights to support organisational outcomes.
o Expertise in requirements definition and management for medium-sized initiatives.
o Strong skills in software and systems design, including modelling and prototyping.
o Experience in providing consultancy and specialist advice to stakeholders.
o Familiarity with methods and tools for process improvement.
o Ability to evaluate user experience and ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.
