Our office is a team of approximately 110 lawyers specialising in provision of legal advice and assistance to the Commonwealth Government on constitutional and public law, complex statutory interpretation and development, implementation and administration of legislation.
As a lawyer with us, you will:
 * work as a trusted legal advisor in the Commonwealth
 * provide legal advice and assistance to clients
 * build strong client relationships and identify and develop new business opportunities.
The role will suit lawyers with experience in public law and knowledge of and strong interest in constitutional law.
Key requirements include:
 * generally, at least 1-5 years of experience in a relevant field
 * excellent problem-solving, research, analytical and writing skills
 * ability to work under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills and persuasion skills
 * capacity to meet personal productivity targets.
