What You'll Do
Rewind AC/DC motors and armatures - coil manufacture, rewinding, varnishing, baking & final testing
Strip, assess, repair and rebuild motors (up to ****kW), pumps, generators & gearboxes
Perform accurate electrical testing and maintain detailed job documentation
Complete repairs to electric motor components and associated equipment
Follow WHS and Quality procedures to the highest standard
Participate in ongoing training and skill development
What You'll Bring
Minimum 5 years' experience in rewinding, overhauling and repairing AC/DC motors (50kW-500kW, up to ****VAC)
Highly beneficial:
Electrical Trade Certificate (Electrical Fitter - Motor Rewinder)
Machining or dynamic balancing experience
HRW Forklift Licence
Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong communication and reporting skills
